Kabankalan City has new DENR-CENR Officer

In the interest of the service and due to the continuing organizational development of the DENR, the DENR regional office has designated Forester Edwin C. Borja as the new OIC CENR Officer of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

DENR Regional Director Jim O Sampulna, through Special Order No. 2015-207 dated June 4, 2015, designated Borja to replace Rally Cagayanan who will be assigned as the National Greening Program (NGP) Coordinator of PENRO Negros Occidental.

Borja was previously assigned at the Enforcement Division under the Office of the Assistant Regional Director for Technical Service. Borja is tentatively scheduled to report to his new assignment on June 9, after a simple turnover ceremony in CENRO Kabankalan City.

Further, Ascencion Santocildes, from CENRO Kabankalan City, will be assigned in Technical Service in CENRO sub-office in Sipalay City; Rex Molavin and Ned Tanate will also be assigned under Technical Service in CENRO Kabankalan City.

Molavin was previously assigned at CENRO sub-office in Sipalay City, while Tanate was with PENRO Negros Occidental. The new assignment of Santocildes, Molavin and Tanate was signed by Director Sampulna on June 4 through Special Order No. 2015-206.
