DENR R6 Regional Executive Director Francisco E. Mila, Jr. delivering his message among the Technical and Land Specialists coming from the regional and field offices of the region, as participants to the Rapid Land Tenure Appraisal (RLTA) conducted by the Foundation for Economic Freedom (FEF) at Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo City.


In his message, RED Milla underscored the marching order of the Honorable Secretary Roy A. Cimatu giving emphasis on strengthening the implementation of environmental laws and giving land to the landless thru Patent Issuance.
Among the lecturers are Atty. Erwin L. Tiamzon, team leader of FEF and Atty. George S. Katigbak, consultant of the foundation.
