Department of Environment and Natural Resources Assistant Secretary for Planning Bresilda M. Gervacio underscores the importance of recycling water to address water scarcity during the “Kilos-kilos para sa Tubig” activity held Saturday, March 18, at the Quezon Memorial Circle – Liwasang Aurora.  The event, spearheaded by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources with support from other government agencies and private sector partners, is part of the celebration of Philippine Water Week, leading to the global observance of World Water Day on March 22, with theme:  Water and Wastewater. ###
