Blue skies arrays from above as the sunlight shines telling it’s the sunny time of the year. It’s definitely the time to be close with nature such as forests invite you with its cool air and free zen.



As an agency whose women workers have played a great part in the agency’s decision making, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Region 6 can really boast of its empowered women leaders.



“We often forget that we are nature. Nature is not something separate from us. So when we say that we have lost our connection to nature, we have lost our connection to ourselves," says Andy Goldsworthy, a British sculptor, photographer and environmentalist.




Rivers are considered as the lifeblood of planet Earth, providing humans with clean water, act as drainage channels of surface water, and is home to some of the most diverse and endangered wildlife on earth.



As one enters the school grounds of Camaligan National High School (CNHS), an arch of mature flowering trees greet the visitors.  The caballeros in bloom, along with the evergreen leaves of neem trees, have created a vibrant yet welcoming sight to all.
