DAY 1 (February 17, 2020) -ππ’ππΆπ΄π°π¨ π―π’ ππ’π―π¨π’π―π¨π’π΅π’πΈπ’π― π±π’π³π’ π΄π’ ππ’πΈπ’π―πͺπ―π¨ ππ’π³π’π―π¨π’π
For a long time, work and happiness weren't strongly associated with each other. Work was a place where employees are meant to come in, get the job done and clock out. Happiness was for their free time.
With the emerging trends in Human Resource Management (HRM) however, employees' satisfaction is now considered a vital aspect of HRM since it is closely tied to the performance of an individual in an organization. An efficient human resource team thus ensures good working condition such as a safe, clean and healthy environment. These help bring out the best in an employee, and a friendly atmosphere provides the personnel job satisfaction as well.
Thus, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 6 started hosting a week-long event dubbed as ππ¨ππ£π πππ£πππ€π£π πππ£ππ€π π¨π πππ¬ππ£ππ£π ππππ‘ππ‘ππ£ππ π€π early this morning, February 17, 2020. It will be a series of activities which are team building in nature to bring the employees together and encourage collaboration and teamwork.
DAY 1 (February 17, 2020) is ππ’ππΆπ΄π°π¨ π―π’ ππ’π―π¨π’π―π¨π’π΅π’πΈπ’π― π±π’π³π’ π΄π’ ππ’πΈπ’π―πͺπ―π¨ ππ’π³π’π―π¨π’π. The DENR 6 through its Human Resource and Development Section (HRDS) facilitated a lecture with Dr. Marie Jocelyn J. Te of the Department of Health (DOH) in Western Visayas. Dr. Te discussed the topic on 2019 nCOV, now called COVID 19, and discussed updates on this global health issue and things Filipinos need to be aware of. The DENR 6 employees has learned a lot from Dr. Te's lecture.
