The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) in the province of Antique have conducted a Professional Development Training with Gender Lens for all its key officials and employees including those of CENRO Belison and CENRO Culasi. Miss Rowena Diaz (center) of Soft Skills Management Consultancy Service coached the employees on how to develop skills to effectively manage their time, work, and even stress. Diaz also tackled the importance of effective communication, personal accountability at work and emotional and mental resilience. Best of all, she taught the employees how to practice gender sensitivity at work and be able to achieve optimal work outputs. Antique OIC PENR Officer Cynthia M. Blancia (right) and Management Division Chief Lani D. Sardina (left) led the said training.
