Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) Director Crisanta Marlene Rodriguez of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) poses with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Deputy Resident Representative Enrico Gaveglia following her presentation of the “Development Aid Partner of the Year Award for Biodiversity” to Gaveglia during the “Mission: PHL Envoys and Expats Recognition” ceremony held Thursday, April 4, 2019, at the Samsung Hall, SM Aura Premier in Taguig City. The UNDP was cited for its biodiversity-focused projects in the Philippines, most of which are done with BMB, with support from the Global Environment Facility (GEF). Mission: PHL Envoys and Expats Recognitions Awards was organized by Business Mirror to celebrate the role of nations and development aid partners in helping the Philippine government improve the lives and future of the Filipino people.###
